Self-guided walking meditation
A bustling, city location might not seem like an obvious place to meditate, but did you know you can practice mindfulness anywhere?
Walking meditation is a form of meditation in action. It turns an everyday activity, that’s usually performed without thinking, into a focused set of deliberate movements that can help to calm your thoughts and reduce stress .
Join us for a free, self-guided, walking meditation at the Hyde Park Barracks and enjoy a moment of reflection and calm.
Visitors will need to bring their own headphones to participate in this activity.
