Join yoga and mindfulness educator and TV presenter Rachael Coopes for a meditation workshop that will help to improve your mindset, reduce stress, beat anxiety and even increase your energy levels. Rachael will guide you through a series of simple exercises and techniques that can bring about relaxation and a sense of calm that you can take into your daily life.

About Rachael Coopes

Rachael is an award-winning playwright, author, Play School presenter, speaker, MC, facilitator, coach, and yoga and mindfulness educator living and working on Gadigal land. She has published two books: Find your strength, which brings the powerful tools and wisdom of ancient practices to the modern world; and Paris for beginners, recounting her experience of going to clown school in Paris. Her third book, The art of forgiveness, which explores forgiveness from many perspectives, will be published in April 2025. With decades of yoga and mindfulness study, practice, teaching and facilitating, she’s eternally grateful for this path and her teachers.
