State Archives Collection: Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025
Published on Wednesday 19 March 2025
Every year we undertake a survey to gather customer feedback on the State Archives Collection services we provide in the Reading Room, on our website and through our inquiry and copying services.
One of the key results from the 2024 survey was the overwhelmingly positive reaction to our ongoing digitisation of records. Many people also reported that they were keen to see more digitisation of records in the future and easier ways to locate them. We are continuing our work to index and digitise records and upload them to our catalogue. One of the more popular additions to the catalogue in the past year is the Settlers’ Muster Book, 1800, with 3,194 entries. Museums of History NSW collaborated with the NSW Parliamentary Library to digitise the Settlers' Muster Book 1800, an invaluable record which has been inscribed on the UNESCO Australian Memory of the World Register.
We welcome your input in this year’s survey to help evaluate our State Archives Collection services. It should only take about 3 minutes. Your opinion is important to us and we appreciate your time.
The survey will be open from 19 March to 16 April 2025
