Plum Pudding Making Demonstration with Dr Jacqui Newling

Join Museums of History NSW Curator and culinary historian Dr Jacqui Newling in the colonial kitchen at Vaucluse House for a pudding making demonstration filled with traditional festive flavours.

Explore a range of handwritten 19th-century Christmas plum pudding recipes held in the MHNSW collection and see how Jacqui follows a recipe from 1861 to make a pudding that you can replicate at home for your own festive table.
