Bullion Bar and Dining launches at The Mint

Published on Monday 17 February 2025

The 200-year-old Mint building has welcomed a new dining era with the launch of Bullion Bar and Dining, 10 Macquarie Street, Sydney opening on the first floor.

Bullion Bar and Dining offers superb contemporary Australian style food with hints from Asia and the middle east with a focus on high-quality local produce and Australian wines. Overlooking the historic Macquarie Street precinct, the first-floor restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm, and private events at other times.

Head Chef, Adrian Widders, comes to The Mint from Capella Sydney and will lead the new restaurant menu, the Bullion Store café menu and the event catering offer for business events, special events and weddings. The restaurant will offer high tea, drawing on the highly successful high tea at Estate Vaucluse House.

Bullion Bar and Dining, Bullion Store Cafe, and event catering is delivered in exclusive partnership with Pearl Catering.

Members of Museums of History NSW can enjoy a 10% discount on food and beverage.
