Supporting teachers: development of onsite and virtual workshops
MHNSW preserves and provides access to key sites of history. Since 2017, we have run Professional Development courses for teachers, and more recently for teachers-in-training.
Sharing our pedagogies, skills and knowledge with teachers equips them with the tools to teach Australian history in a robust and engaging manner. Each teacher who participates in our Professional Learning programs will have the capacity to engage thousands of students with history over the course of their career.
Your donation will support MHNSW in the development and delivery of workshops that are relevant to the changing needs of teachers and will include delivery of First Nations perspectives.
