Baked apples

Baked apples are a great cool season treat.

You will need

Ingredients:

  • One apple per person
  • Brown or raw sugar
  • Sultanas or other dried fruit
  • Butter

Equipment:

  • Baking dish big enough to sit the number of apples you have across the bottom of the dish
  • Apple corer
  • A table fork
  • Teaspoon
  • A skewer
