A Floristry Workshop with Date Night Studio

Enjoy an afternoon of flowers, fashion and conversation at the historic Elizabeth Bay House.

Learn the art of flower arranging from Date Night Studio, known for their creative and unconventional floral arrangements. Work with seasonal blooms to create your own piece to take home in a beautiful new ceramic vase.

Arrive early and get inspired by Treading Feintly, an exhibition featuring selected pieces from the 2026 runway collection Feint by fashion brand Nicol & Ford. The collection celebrates the work of queer 20th-century artist Adrian Feint, who was best known for his exquisite still-life paintings of flowers.

All materials are included, and no prior experience is needed.

About Date Night Studio

Founded by Pia Hambour and Luemma Pilcher, Date Night Studio was born after the pair returned to Sydney following seven years in New York. Hambour is the private chef to Madonna and owner of Bodega Deli, while Pilcher is the co-founder of Brooklyn - based floral studio Lulo Floral. Drawing on their international experience and creative backgrounds, the founders set out to "marry our worlds" and create a space that feels welcoming, expressive and community-driven.

Since opening, Date Night Studio has hosted a diverse range of events including hands-on workshops, intimate dinners, art exhibitions and oyster and wine nights. With a strong focus on inclusivity and connection, the studio has quickly become a gathering space for the local community.
