Our first MHNSW five-year Strategy marks a new chapter of immense possibility

We’re delighted to launch Museums of History NSW’s Strategy 2025–30. This bold Strategy will help us to realise our vision to inspire a passion for history, spark curiosity and shape the future through stories of the past.
It’s a commitment to connection, creativity and impact, and a celebration of the people, places and stories that have shaped NSW and beyond.
Over the next five years, we will:
- Connect people with the history of NSW
- Care for and share our diverse collections, places and landscapes
- Deliver diverse and inspiring experiences
- Grow our audiences, reach and impact
- Cultivate an innovative, sustainable and inclusive organisation
